Abstract
Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a means of productive activities for women. These productive activities include utilizing unemployed land to plant productive crops whose yields can be used both for self-consumption and for sale and to increase income. KWT Sumber Rejeki located in Sumberan, Ngestihardjo Village, Kapanewon Kasihan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta is one of the KWTs engaged in aloe vera cultivation by utilizing vacant land. Aloe vera was chosen because it has considerable potential both for consumption and body health care. Several aloe vera products and their derivatives have been produced by KWT Sumber Rejeki, but the next challenge is the need to increase KWT's independence capacity through increased human resources, especially in the competency of preparing financial reports according to accounting standards, calculating production costs and marketing sustainable products. These problems require assistance in preparing competent quality human resources for the preparation of financial reports, production costs and sustainable marketing. The purpose of this mentoring program is KWT's ability to prepare financial reports according to accounting standards, calculation of production costs and the ability to market sustainable products both digitally and conventionally.
