Abstract
The implementation of general elections in every event is always enlivened by the existence of beginner voters, voters who have high potential in boosting the votes of the candidates for leaders and representatives of the people. The high dynamics and urgency of political literacy for beginner voters from millennials triggers the need for socialization of election administration in building awareness of beginner voters. The lack of knowledge and the vulnerability of beginner voters from millennials to act pragmatically and even to the point of being exposed to money politics are the background for the need for this service to be carried out. Through the socialization that the service team carried out in East Belitung Regency, it is hoped that the goal will be achieved in the form of awakening awareness of beginner millennial voters in the 2024 election process, so that it will also have an impact on the high participation rate and integrity of general elections in East Belitung Regency.
