Pengembangan Kompetensi Tutor dalam Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Melalui Pelatihan Berbasis Kinerja di PKBM El Fataa Banyuwangi

Abstract
PKBM as a non-formal educational institution still has many implementation components that have not been maximized. One of them is the tutor’s ability to plan, implement, and evaluate instruction, as well as understanding the concept of andragogy. PKBM El Fataa is an institution that has just been established in Banyuwangi so it has conditions as previously stated. The aim of this program is to develop tutor competence in differentiated learning through a performance-based training. The method used in this program consists of planning, organizing, training, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in the ability of tutors by 60% in lesson planning, 30% in lesson implementation, 40% in learning evaluation, and 80% in andragogy concepts. This program will be continued by giving assistance in the teaching modules construction and classroom activity observation as the implementation of the training results.
