Abstract
The role of millennials is significantly influential in driving a country's economy, so it is essential to provide them with the necessary knowledge on proper financial management to support the advancement of their nation. Universities play a crucial role in assisting the community, especially millennials, by providing educational insights and information on financial management. Taking real action to promote financial education will help millennials understand how to manage their finances effectively. In addition to fulfilling their academic duties, universities actively participate in applying the expertise of economics professors. The ultimate goal is to equip millennials, as the next generation, with relevant knowledge and insights on personal financial management tailored to the challenges they will face in the future. Community engagement activities will be conducted through seminars focusing on long-term financial planning, expense analysis, and debt management.
